• Name: the name of the card holder.

• Controller: the address of the controller at which the event occurred.

• Door: the door number at which the event occurred.

• Type of entry/exit (In/Out): the type of event that occurred on the door.

• Illegal Event:: the reason access was denied for a specific event. Some reasons

include: cancel access request, unknown card, invalid door, invalid time zone,

etc…

• Card No.: the number of the card used for that event.

3. Operation Record Log:

• Date (Month:Day:Year): the date the event occurred.

• Time (HH:MM:SS): the time the event occurred.

• Operator: the operator of the event.

• Controller: the address of the controller at which the event occurred.

• Door: the door number at which the event occurred.

• Event: the type of event that occurred on the door. Some of the events include:

system disarm at controller, system armed at computer, door unlocked with

computer, door unlocked with request-to-exit, alarm reset at controller, alarm

reset at computer, etc…
