ResetTime‐offEnrollrecords,suchaschangingleaveduration(seeFigure16‐8).

After it is confirmed, click the “Save” button. After the system prompts “Changed
successfully,” click the “Return” button. You can see that the leave duration in this record
hasbeenchanged.
16.2.4 Delete Leave Record
IfthereisinvalidTime‐offEnroll,thisrecordcanbedeleted.
In the Time‐off Enroll list, select the record to be deleted, click the “Delete” button, then
thedeletionconfirmationdialogboxpopsup.Ifitisconfirmed,clickthe“OK”button.Ifthe
systemdisplaysthepromptinformation“Deletedsuccessfully,”itindicatesthatthedeletion
issuccessfulandthisrecorddoesnotexistinthelistanymore.
